Albany Poets is starting off the new year on Monday, January 26 at Tess' Lark Tavern with our Anniversary/Beret Toss/Tom Nattell Tribute. Dan Wilcox will be taking over the hosting duties for the evening. Sign up starts at 7:00PM.

Be sure to dress warm, because after the reading we will be walking to the Robery Burns statue in Washington Park for the Beret Toss portion of the night.

And this is just the beginning of 2009. Albany has a big year planned with the Albany Word Fest, Jawbone at the UAG, Albany Poets Presents, and some suprises along the way.
